D.I.Y Protein Hair Mask

Your  hair needs to be treated with a protein mask at least twice a month. So the following recipe is a simple Do it yourself hair recipe that will deliver protein and nourishment to your hair easily and give  hair immense nourishment and build your hair shaft

 Do it yourself protein treatment
• 1 cup Protein Nutritional supplement
• 6 eggs yolk’s
• 4 Table spoons Olive Oil
• ½ Cup Hot distilled water
Directions
1. Add the protein powder supplement to a ceramic bowl
2. Add the Olive Oil
3. Beat the egg yolk’s
4. Add the egg yolks to the above
5. Blend making sure everything is mixed well
6. If you find that the paste is not creamy and applicable add some distilled water { Warm it up before}

Further steps

Apply the hair mask to your hair after you have washed it and done a vinergar rinse. The mask shouldnt drip so you wont need to wrap your hair in cling wrap. Leave the mask on for 20-30 minutes and then put your head under running water or just step into the shower and rinse cleanse apply a leave in straight afterwards.

    you get a lot of spam responses? If so how do you
    stop it, any plugin or anything you can suggest?
    I get so much lately it’s driving me insane so any assistance is very

    • I often do get spam responses. But I am not sure about what to do with them. I just un-approve them and delete them. Maybe you can try to google your issue and get some answers from there.
